When i open a program or web page there is a mouse click sound, how do i turn it off? not in control panel?

Go to ';Sounds'; Tab


Scroll down Program events list to ';Open program';


Change ';Sounds:'; drop-down list to ';(None)';When i open a program or web page there is a mouse click sound, how do i turn it off? not in control panel?
go to tools in your browser ( I assume it`s IE )then choose Internet options, there should be a privacy tag, where the clicking sound goes off when there`s a blocked pop up. uncheck it and voila, it`s done.
