i went into tools and it say active controls are enabled but cant get it to change on explorGoing to my explore page nothing comes up it say active controls are shut off?
You can try a system restore. Go to start in your tray, open accessories, open system tools, and open system restore and look for a date prior to this incident, where you can perform a system restore. This will get you back to your last good configuration.
