try uninstalling the program from safe mode

Some programs have malformed registry entries which will insert large areas of 'white space' into the ';Add/Remove Programs'; list in control panel.

If you can scroll out of that white space and eventually see the installed programs, that is likely what has happened.

Search for ';RemoveWhitespaceFromAddRemovePrograms.e鈥?or go to Microsoft's support site and search out the issue.

Your pc may be infected with malware; sometimes control panel gets compromised. Download Superantispyware - update and run a FULL scan however long it takes; make sure you quarantine all detected infections. Free here

if after scanning your control panel still doesn't respond, click on preferences in the main superantispyware window, select the ';repairs'; tab; in the menu that appears, highlight ';enable windows control panel'; and click on ';perform repair';. Good luck.
Try a system restore to just before this issue started.

I would also be running virus/malware scans.
1.) get rid of windows

2.) get Linux
