How would I set up a admin page to control another?

2 pages involved. Page 1 = Public view, Page 2 = Admin control.


I would like to setup a webpage for a admin to log/connect into. It has check marks, and radio buttons on it, the 'admin' selects items and clicks 'save'. When the public goes to the Page 1, they see the items highlighted that the 'admin' had selected. How could I set up pages to accomplish this?How would I set up a admin page to control another?
So you will need to create two scripts (edit and view) for some DB (or DB like) stored data...


The data can be stored in text/xml/DB or in many other ways...
