Lately we've been having major computer problems...Like we could use comcast's homepage but when we try other search engines it just doesn't load...and then we get pop-ups for like gunggo or something...we've tried spybot and hijakthis....it just temporarily knocks it out....can you help me? How to permanently get rid of it?

yes by rerouting how it get to the final spot. u have to use a true spyware program and then virus protection with live runtime monitering
