How can I change focus to the next Tab Page in a Tab Control, VB.Net?

Basically I want to be able to select the next consecutive tab page in a tab control. I won't know the number of tab pages or the page number itself at the time, because the user can add or delete them.





Any ideas? Using VB.NET by the way.

You can hold down the ALT button, and hit the right, and left arrows and go forward or back a web page.
