Every time I try to open a new web page, my sound control/configuration panel appears. Why is this happening?

What browser are you using? Try switching to a different browser like Firefox or Opera or Netscape. Make sure you set the new browser as default, once it's fixed.


Also, It might be a virus. Run your anti-virus software, after that reboot your laptop and see if the issue is gone.
